1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays.  
  • Orders placed after 4pm EST may be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-7 business days after shipment. 
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after shipment. 
    • Local Delivery and pickup are available.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and destination location can affect delivery times.
  • Delivery times begin after the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship in the United States.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package.  
  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Proudly modest is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. However, we want to ensure your satisfaction.
  • If your package is lost or significantly damaged, please contact us at aminacollabs.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with you and the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and carrier policies.
